I will refine your search criteria with you, previsit and shortlist properties, arrange visits and travel assistance, handle listing agents, gather relevant property information, manage negotiations, assist in the legal process with notaires, support through closing, and provide post-sale assistance for up to six months, including utilities, local authorities, and refurbishment coordination.

In 2010 after a brief stint as a listing agent, I decided to become a property finder because I want to actually listen to, help & assist English-speaking buyers – not just sell them houses.
A unique schedule in which I have skin in the game, I guarantee that you receive a fully comprehensive service and the overall cost to you is around half of what you would pay other agents.
