From the village of Dions towards the West, the Gard river takes on a new presence. Stepping out of its gorges (after Collias, Sanilhac, Dions), it becomes the Gardonnenque, the region between Provence and the Cevennes hills. Agricultural plaines, with nice villages up hill, like Moussac and Vézénobres.
