Mapping Your New Life in France – Before Finding the Right Home

Moving to France isn’t just about finding the perfect house — it’s about creating a new life that truly fits who you are and what you want next. That’s the idea behind a new collaboration between French Property Coach Pierre Guillery and Life Architecte Prisca Weems.

Together, they’ve launched a unique approach that blends property expertise with personal coaching to help English-speaking clients plan and live their dream life in France with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a real estate consultant (the French Property Coach) and property finder, Pierre brings over 15 years of experience guiding international clients through the French real estate landscape. His deep understanding of the market — and of what it takes to thrive in a new culture — ensures every client is supported with care, insight, and integrity.

Prisca, known as the Life Architecte (with an “e”), is a registered architect and certified life and business coach. Having personally made the journey from the United States to France, she understands firsthand the emotional and practical steps involved in creating a new life abroad. Through her Personal Blueprint method, she helps clients align their inner world and outer environment — so that the home and lifestyle they choose truly reflect the life they want to live.

In fact, it was Pierre who helped Prisca find her own home in Uzès in France in 2018 — an experience that sparked their professional friendship and mutual trust. “Moving to France isn’t just a real estate transaction,” says Prisca. “It’s a transformation. Pierre helps clients find the right place to live, while I help them design an aligned life that fulfils their dreams.”

From the first call to the final move, their partnership provides complete support — from lifestyle and regional exploration to property search, renovation, and cultural integration. As Pierre puts it: “It’s about finding a home that matches not just your budget — but your vision of the life you want to create.”
